Product Warranty
This Quantum Performance Limited Warranty applies to Quantum Performance's Products and is given by Quantum Performance to the individual purchaser of the product from Quantum Performance. Quantum Performance warrants to purchasers that the Quantum Performance Products will materially conform to its published specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use the periods set forth below and commencing on the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).

Warranty Return Period
If any Quantum Performance product proves defective during the Warranty Period, we please follow the instructions set out below for returning the product, and Quantum Performance will replace the product with a product that is the same or equivalent to the defective product you purchased.
To have the Quantum Performance part replaced under warranty, it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to Quantum Performance. This warranty does not apply to damage that Quantum Performance determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Quantum Performance authorized personnel, including misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. Quantum Performance reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover: (i) damage caused by misuse or abuse, neglect, accident, liquids, including but not limited to, water or lotions, vandalism or external forces; (ii) the alteration of the product in any way; (iii) use in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose or design of the product as described in the product’s usage manual or other documentation for the product, including, but not limited to, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories; (iv) unauthorized repairs or modifications; (v) loss of use during the period the product is at the Quantum Performance repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Quantum Performance. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of Quantum Performance. This Quantum Performance Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and consumable materials. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.
Disclaimer
Always consult your physician regarding any medical/health related diagnosis or treatment options prior to participating in any physical activity. Review all of the instructional videos carefully before use. Inspect the fabric and attachments for tears and other damage preceding each use. Inspect and test the strength of any anchor point before connecting bands. Make sure the carabiner gate is fully latched prior to use. Neither manufacturer nor distributor assumes any liability for accidents or damage that may occur with the use of this product, including but not limited to failure of structure that is used as an anchor for the bands. Do not use if damaged. Replace immediately.
Limitation of Remedies
Quantum Performance does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, agents, employees, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer, to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Quantum Performance Limited Warranty. This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. Quantum Performance does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, the warranties set forth in this Quantum Performance Limited Warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Performance does not assume any liability for loss of or damage to or corruption of data, for any loss of profit, loss of use of products or functionality, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of revenues or loss of anticipated savings, increased costs or expenses or for any indirect loss or damage, consequential loss or damage or special loss or damage.
In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective and materials are not available, Quantum Performance reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Quantum Performance's liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the product. This warranty provides purchasers with specific legal rights. Because of individual state and country regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to an individual purchaser. This Quantum Performance's Limited Warranty does not apply to any mobile device or the cellular and/or other network or system on which the product operates. Therefore, Quantum Performance will not accept any responsibility under this warranty for the operation, availability, coverage, services or range of the cellular or other network or system. Always completely follow safety, use, operation, and maintenance instructions for the product. Quantum Performance shall not under any circumstance be liable either expressly or impliedly, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data during repair or replacement of the product.
